libglc-dev software package provides An implementation of SGIs OpenGL Character Renderer (GLC), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglc-dev
libglc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglc-dev *
You will get with libglc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
